How appointment information is handled

Information you enter

The appointment form asks for your name, address, phone number, age, gender, consultation topic, preferred date and time, and an optional note.

You choose how to send it: Book online or Send on WhatsApp.

Online booking

When you press Book online, the details are sent over an encrypted connection to the clinic's appointment system and you receive a booking number.

Clinic staff use these details to prepare your visit. Your IP address is recorded with the request to help prevent misuse.

WhatsApp appointment flow

When you choose Send on WhatsApp, WhatsApp opens with the prepared message. You can review or edit the message before pressing Send.

If you send it, WhatsApp processes the message under its own terms and privacy practices. The clinic receives it through the WhatsApp account linked to +977 9714559757.

Storage and access

Online requests are stored in the clinic's appointment system, hosted on Cloudflare, and can be seen only by authorised clinic staff. They are kept as part of the clinic's records.

Messages sent to the clinic are retained in the clinic's WhatsApp account without a fixed deletion date. They may be accessible on devices where that clinic account is logged in.

External services

The website and the clinic's appointment system are hosted on Cloudflare. Hosting systems may process technical request data such as IP address, browser information and timestamps for security and delivery.

The appointment section embeds Google Maps and includes a directions link. Google processes your use of Maps under Google's own terms and privacy practices.

Your choices

You can choose not to use the form and call or visit the clinic instead.
